Description: Project developed the NGO TECHO, in which we researched and developed alternatives to replace the windows used by them in the houses that they build in slums. After 8 months, we generated a special material for the windows, that was made using plastic bottles.
The first 70 recycled windows were used in the construction of 23 houses located in a humble neighborhood near La Matanza, Argentina. The families helped with the construction and were grateful. From now on, TECHO’s windows are sustainable, 100% recycled and 100% recyclable.

Description: Active participation in group of professors, students and alumni from high school that sponsored two rural schools in the Chaco, one of the poorest areas in Argentina. Every year, a group of 50 volunteers from 13 to 70 years-old visits the communities and lives in the school for a week. The volunteers bring food and supplies and work in the facilities; but more importantly, they share the life of these rural communities visiting their homes and providing support to their needs.
